ERN is a full-service Employee Assistance
Program (EAP) serving the Jackson and Lenawee County business community since 1990. ERN is
a division of Family Service & Children's Aid which has been serving our communities'
families and children for over 50 years. Organizations purchasing employee assistance programs find results in increased
employee morale and productivity, reduced absenteeism and improved ability of personnel to
manage problem situations. |
|
|
Why does your company need ERN?
Organizations who have provided Critical Incident Stress Management Services (CISM)
to their employees directly after a trauma have been shown to gain in both financial and
non-financial ways compared to those that provided no assistance. |
