The
Employee Resource Network is a full service Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
serving the Jackson and Lenawee County business community. The companies
that contract with our Employee Resource Network can offer brief therapy
counseling to their employees. Counselors can help with a variety of
individual and family problems such as, stress and anxiety, depression,
substance abuse, family conflict, and loss and bereavement. Our counselors
can also help employers and employees resolve conflicts, and we provide
workplace crisis interventions such as Critical Incident Stress Debriefing
(CISD) and trauma counseling. |
